By keeping your carbs between 20 - 50 GPD, you will kickstart your body's willpower & gradually lower your appetite.

Step One • Lay your tortilla flat or on an edged microwave safe plate. (My tortilla overlaps the edges on my paper plates, almost forming the crust.)

Step Two • Spoon on your sauce, and spread a thin layer evenly around the tortilla leaving a half inch for the crust.

Step Three • Add your toppings evenly and microwave for 30 seconds; or until cheese begins to melt.

Step Four • Carefully transfer your pizza into a pre-heated skillet and set to medium for about two minutes.

Once you're able to shimmy your pizza in the skillet, crank up the heat for the final 30 seconds. Your tortilla should be curling at the edges.

Side Note; If you would rather heat these in an oven, ignore the microwave & place your pizza in a skillet and then in the oven.

"There is no clear definition of exactly what constitutes a “low carb diet” and what is “low” for one person may not be “low” for the next."

Of course, there are healthier choice out there when it comes to any type of diet. You can also look for toppings with less carbs and calories. This is just a cheatish meal that I experimented with and enjoyed.

Side Note; This is a way better choice than most 'lean freezer pizzas' I've found.
